Bülent Eser
Managing Director
Bülent Eser brings over 20 years of international experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in private banking, investment management, and institutional asset management. Prior to founding Harvest Asset Investment AG, he held senior positions at leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan and Black Rock, where he served as a Private Banker advising high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Eser held leadership roles in investment management within institutional investment firms, where he was responsible for portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and risk oversight.
Bülent Eser holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Finance from Örebro University in Sweden, as well as a degree in Economics from Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria. He is fluent in English and German and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
He is based near Zurich, where he lives with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, particularly on the Swedish west coast and in the Swiss Alps. His personal interests include golf, skiing, and snowboarding.

Ethan Chatila
Chief Executive Officer
Ethan brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, with extensive expertise in private banking, relationship management, and international advisory services. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong global network of professionals across the financial ecosystem, including legal advisors, international tax specialists, and corporate administrators.
Prior to joining Harvest in 2015, Ethan served for seven years as Executive Director and Senior Relationship Manager at a leading bank in Zurich, where he advised high-net-worth individuals and international clients. Before that, he spent 17 years with HSBC, beginning his career on a part-time basis in Gothenburg and progressing through relationship management roles in Stockholm and Luxembourg. He later held senior leadership positions in Zurich, including Head of the Advisory Team and Deputy Branch Manager.
Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Institut Monte Rosa. He is fluent in French, English, and German.
In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, art, reading, and playing golf.
Alexandre Blocher
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Blocher began his career in private banking in 2007 and also gained six years of experience in the industrial sector, building a diverse foundation in finance and corporate management. Prior to joining Harvest in 2020, he spent seven years at the World Bank Group and six years at JP Morgan, where he managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients across Greece, Cyprus, and the United Kingdom. His professional experience spans wealth management, financial advisory, and strategic investment solutions.
Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Science in Economic Sciences from the University of Piraeus in Greece and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is fluent in English and Italian, with working knowledge of French and German.
Based near Geneva, Mr. Blocher enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, travelling, cycling, and skiing. He combines a rigorous financial expertise with a commitment to delivering sustainable and tailored investment solutions for Harvest’s clients.
